At Little Brush, every press-on nail set is handmade with care. Because our sets are handmade and prepared according to the size selected at checkout, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, a change of mind, or personal preference.

Sizing Issues
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size at checkout. We’re unable to offer a refund or exchange if the selected size does not fit.
To help you choose more confidently, please refer to our size guide or send us clear photos of both hands beside a standard bank or gift card before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has an issue caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

*A clear description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we review the information, we’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Handmade Variations
Because every set is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern placement, or hand-painted details may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of each set and are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started. Once your set has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Shipping delays caused by the postal carrier are outside our direct control. Please contact us if your package appears significantly delayed, and we’ll help review the available shipping information.
For orders shipped without tracking, we cannot guarantee exact delivery updates or confirm the package’s location after it has been accepted by the postal carrier.
